Activate the medical emergency switch and a distress signal is sent over your existing phone line to the approved medical monitoring center.  This creates a line of communication between the monitoring center and your home.

When the high speed (2-way) connection is complete you'll hear the reassuring voice of a professional monitoring team member.  We immediately verify your status and in the event of an emergency dispatch your local EMS.  If needed, we will contact key holders/loved ones.

Unlike our competitors the equipment is yours.  If you decided not to monitor you will still have the call-in feature available.  F.I.S.T. Security will still service your equipment at a discounted senior rate.
